Free Health & Fitness Programme in Ashtead
A fantastic local initiative from Better Health Mind & Body is offering a free 12-week physical activity course in Ashtead, designed to support both physical and mental wellbeing.
The programme includes a mix of boxing cardio, HIIT, strength training, and flexibility work, with fully coached sessions to help build confidence and long-term healthy habits. It’s also focused on helping participants prevent and manage long-term conditions.
Sessions run twice a week (Tuesdays and Thursdays) from 7 April to 25 June, at St George’s Church in Ashtead.
