Christmas 2025: You’re invited to celebrate Christmas with Ashtead Parish:

1. Advent Carol Service - 6pm - 30 Nov - St Giles’ Church - Experience the quiet beauty of Advent at our candlelit service, featuring readings and music from our Parish Choir.

2. St George’s Carol Service - 6pm - 14 Dec - Celebrate the season at this joyful service, with a live band and choir, followed by seasonal refreshments.

3. Family Carol Service - 10.30am - 21 Dec - St George’s Church - Enjoy a festive morning of joyful carols, community spirit and seasonal refreshments—perfect for families of all ages.

4. Nine Lessons & Carols - 4 & 6pm - 21 Dec - St Giles’ Church - Celebrate the spirit of Christmas at this traditional service featuring scripture, choral music and congregational carols. Join at 4pm or 6pm due to high demand!

5. Christmas Family Film - 3pm - 22 Dec - St George’s Church Hall - Enjoy a magical film as a family —perfect for children in reception - year 6. Tickets available in advance online sgsgashtead.org.uk/christmas.

6. Nativity Service - 10am - 24 Dec - St George’s Church - Families with children under 10 are invited to a fun, interactive Pop-Up Nativity, featuring costumes (bring your own or borrow one of ours), seasonal refreshments and activities.

7. Carols at the Crib -3.30 & 5.30pm - 24 Dec – St George’s and St Giles’ Churches - A joyful Christmas Eve celebration featuring carol singing, mince pies and mulled wine — formerly Carols & Mince Pies. Two events at both churches, due to popular demand.

8. Midnight Communion - 11.15pm - 24 Dec - St Giles’ Church - A candlelit service that invites you to welcome Christmas in peaceful reflection and song as midnight approaches.

9. Holy Communion - 8am - 25 Dec - St Giles’ Church - A peaceful, traditional service offering a quiet moment of reflection and gratitude to begin Christmas Day.

10. Christmas Day Service - 10.30am - both St Giles’ and St George’s Churches: Joyful, family-friendly services, with carols and festive spirit, including Communion at St George’s, for all generations to celebrate the true meaning of Christmas together.

11. Epiphany Carol Service - 6pm - 4 Jan - St Giles’ Church: A reflective, music-filled service marking the journey of the wise men, followed by refreshments and Epiphany cake. A warm and uplifting close to the Christmas season.
